Electrical Branch (General Services) is
headed by Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer, who is
in-charge of power supply arrangements at all stations of
Hubli Division. Sr.DEE is the Divisional Electrical
Inspectorate discharging the delegated powers of the Chief
Electrical Inspectorate of South Western Railway. All power
line crossing in Hubli Division is dealt in this office.
Also for all temporary power connection in Railway premises
of the division, permission of this office has to be taken.
Apart from power supply, primary maintenance of Air-conditioned coaches and Non-AC coaches is
also performed.
